Kirill Berezovski
Kirill Berezovski was born in Odessa, Ukraine and had his first dance experiences in his hometown of Freiburg im Breisgau. He completed his formal education in stage dance and choreography in Mannheim in 2015. During his training, he also received further education at the Alvin Ailey School, the Broadway Dance Center, and with the Hofesh Shechter Company and Johannes Wieland. He also spent six months with the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company in Israel. As a dancer, he has worked internationally with companies such as the Yasmeen Godder Company, Edan Gorlicki, Ashley Wright, Carla Jordao (BurnsWorks), Barish Karademir, MIRA Dance Company, Max Levy, and IP Tanz. Over the years, he has established and expanded an international network as both a dancer and a choreographer (for example, "My Hungry Heart" for the Fullstop Dance Company San Francisco, and currently "Of Dreams to Come" at the Tanzfest Freiburg 2021 and Tanz-Kulturdialog Festival 2021). As a lecturer, he has worked at various institutions, including Tanzhaus Zürich, Tanzcompany Luzern, Tanznetz Freiburg, Eintanzhaus Mannheim, K3- Tanzplan Hamburg, Tanzpunkt Hannover, and 4fürTanz Leipzig, Nevada City Union High School, Fullstop Dance Company Workshops.
